    So, I can not login to two different sites in two different browsers at the same time even if those browsers are on the same computer?

    I don’t get any messages. I’m just not being logged in to a site backend that I open in another browser. And the app does not have a way to start the code scanner without first logging off from a site in a first browser.

    Which app are you using? I’m sorry I’m not familiar with this app and my knowledge is tied down to WordPress core and themes and plugins. With WordPress, login sessions are tied down to server session and browser cookies. Browser cookies are specific to each browser; a new browser will act as a new session (and ask for a login).
