 * In Events Manager I have set exactly the same user rights for Administrators
and Editors. As Administrator I have no problems. But when I log in as an Editor
or Contributor, I get the message: Sorry, but you do not have the correct permissions
to install the layerslider wp and revolution slider plugins. Then I can’t properly
add an Event (location options don’t display). I don’t need or want those plugins.
Why is there this difference? How can I allow an Editor or Contributor to enter
events without giving them all the other options?

 * Events Manager doesn’t include or require any slider plugin, so I think this
is an issue with either another plugin or your theme.
 * Do you get the same message if you test with all other plugins deactivated and
while running the default WordPress theme?

 * Thanks, Calmin. You’re right. It was a Theme issue. I still don’t understand
why the message only appeared when I wasn’t Admin, but it seems I can dismiss
   it and continue.
