[resolved] Differences in Safari/Firefox (2 posts)

    Hey... my website is http://www.themusictionary.com.

    If you view the site in Firefox, it displays properly. The background is a light shade of blue, the tables are aligned properly etc. etc.

    In Safari it is a mess. I know how to fix the tables, but on my lower right sidebar, the dividers don't display properly and for some reason the background color is still white. I cannot figure out what to tweak to fix it.

    The CSS coding that makes it display the color in Firefox properly is:

    body {
    font: 100% Arial, Helvetica;
    background: #99CCFF;
    color: #333;

    Why would this not display properly in Safari?

    I am having some of the same issues, even though mine are not as severe as yours. The dimensions in Safari are different in Firefox -- like my YouTube video fits in the multimedia box in Safari but not in Firefox -- it goes outside the box.

    Did you figure this out and do you have any suggestions for me?
