Difference with Simple vs Variable products

    I’m not seeing a General Tab in the Product Data section if my product data is set to Variable. I do see it if the product data is set to simple. Please see the following:

    Simple vs Variable

    As you should be able see there is no general tab if I select a variable product data option. Therefore I can’t enter a price for the product. How do I fix that?

    I can’t see an image on your link.

    The debug technique is to deactivate all other plugins and switch to the default theme. Does that fix the problem? If so, reinstate one-by-one and check to try to identify which component is causing the problem.
