Support » Plugin: Easy Appointments » Difference #link_cancel# and #url_cancel#?

• I am currently evaluating your plugin. While testing, I noticed that I can insert both #link_cancel# and #url_cancel# into e-mails. Both seem to create the same cancellation link, so I was wondering if there is any difference between the two.

On a side note, I realized that the cancellation link, when clicked on by the customer, triggers the cancellation e-mail. Is that how it should be? I was assuming that the cancellation e-mail is only sent out when it is clicked by the admin.

Thanks for helping.

Hi @med

Link is whole link Cancel Appointment
Url is just that ... part from above in case you want to have full control of how it is represented in email.

Best regards,
Nikola
