    Didn’t work, after which I found a nearly identical plugin called Uber Login Logo the worked perfectly fine.

    Turns out reviewing the code for each that this plugin is actually an unattributed copy of Uber Login Logo plugin, only with a couple help screens added (unecessary really) and a bunch of ads/donation request junk added. Pretty shady.
