Didn't work out of box & no helpful support

    I installed this on wordpress v3.5.1. This plugin (v1.4.8) claims to work with wordpress v3.3+.

    It did not work out of the box. Disabled auto settings and manually added rel attributes. Still wouldn’t work. Support told me to upgrade to 4.0 (which I shouldn’t have to do). This didn’t work. It’s now been 3 days without any additional support.

    Plugin doesn’t seem to work. No longer worth my energy.

    We answered 4 times to your support thread.

    You had a very outdated WP version, a plethora of JS code on your site, custom theme, javascript code used as link target and we didn’t even manage to explain you what image link is.

    And you say it’s no helpful support?

    You only responded to me twice.

    To open an image in lightbox you need a link, so the second example is correct and should be working.
    Is the href=”some/path/here” pointing to an image?

    Ok, please try after updating WordPress.

    And neither of those provided any additional help. The problem still exists. That’s what I meant by no helpful support.

    The problem is not the plugin.
