    I’m not sure I understand your exact situation. If you are using a WordPress Network, sometimes known as Multisite, which is one WordPress installation and as many WordPress sites as you wish, then you probably don’t need this plugin at all. It sounds like you have your first site as davidmortaz.com and your second site as ElegantEstate.davidmortaz.com. And it sounds like you want each site to have its own Theme.

    If so, then you can go into the Admin for each site and select the Theme through the Appearance item on the left sidebar.

    If you really do want multiple themes just on your second site, the plugin will work for you, but you should accessing it from the second site’s Admin panel (after you’ve made sure the plugin is activated on the second site). I just tested this situation on my test system and it works as it should.
