Didn’t work on my site

Installed the plugin on two websites, it worked on one and didn’t work on the other (both set up with Divi theme).

I contacted support and they didn’t respond. Contacted them again a week later and they responded saying, ‘there’ll be an update soon that will fix the problem’. Not very helpful service, and really disappointed since I paid for two site licences and they had such good reviews. Using ‘my sticky bar’ now, it works, it’s free, no hassle.
