Most likely there is the problem with your theme template due to release of new WordPress version. Therefore our gallery not loading on your site. Please provide us link to the page with gallery and we will help to solve the problem.

Thank you kindly for offering your support service for this, unfortunately we had to get a plugin to work quickly and tried a number of other plugins before deciding on another that worked immediately.
We totally understand that there was likely a conflict of code or scripts somewhere causing it not to work but didn’t have the time or resources to spend in resolving it so moved onto another plugin. No hard feelings towards the developer, just needed to move on.
They resolved serveral Problem in a cupple of days, so i can only advise to write them.
