• Updated all attributes as per instructions, none of my product pages updated.

    Had to update them all manually, but the unavailable items still weren’t marked with a cross despite setting this correctly.

    Useless on a mobile phone – no swatches visible and multiple customers contacted me for help.

    Logged support ticket, gave access to the site to fix, next day still having the same issues so uninstalled the plugin.

    Now I have to go into every product to manually fix them – the uninstall made things even worse with text over text over images.

    Nightmare!

    These issues are really strange and look to be site-specific. We are not able to recreate the issue on our local environment. You had given access to your website. But, hard luck that we were not able to access it.

    Unfortunately, we were not able to access your website due to this reason we couldn’t fix the issue.

    This kind of issue doesn’t occur usually since all the functionalities of our plugin will be removed when the plugin is deactivated.
