  • The plugin didn’t work at all and totally messed up my site. The support team was trying to fix this for more than a month always asking for a few days extension to find the problem. Several times they claimed they fixed it but they didn’t and then they asked again for more time.
    At the end i asked for a refund, after 5 days they agreed for a refund within 5-7 days. Now 10 days have passed and the refund is not issued yet.
