    Maybe it’s that Wordfence MFA interfered, but installing and testing with a newly created ReCAPTCHA key/secret returned “CAPTCHA response was incorrect.”

    If you get locked out of your own site admin then make sure you are able to still access the file system and rename the plugin to disable it.
