    My page hasn’t changed. I enable add password option but nothing worked

    That is the WooCommerce login page.

    As stated on the Settings page, this plugin only modifies the main default WordPress registration page located at:
    https://dernierc.com/wp-login.php?action=register

    See if its added to that page.

    And for information purposes, I do not plan on developing this plugin beyond its current scope. You will need to either find another plugin with similar functionality that modifies the WooCommerce login page, or hire a developer to modify the code for this plugin.
