    What are the issues you are facing? Did you try to post a support topic? I am generally very responsive with support queries.

    Generally the norm is to post a support topic, and if you are not satisfied with the response, post a poor rating.

    OK – I didn’t see a response from you. It is a bit frustrating when someone leaves a bad review for a free plugin, but refuses to put in a support query, preferring to give the benefit of doubt to a paid, non-wordpress.org theme, to which the plugin author might not have access.

    Anyway – if I recall correctly, Divi uses Bootstrap (and suffers from many issues in the back-end), but essentially there is a very simple, resolvable conflict between themes using Bootstrap and plugins using JQuery Tooltip. You may try following the instructions here.

    Another follow-up: I had the occasion to fork out the money to run Divi on my wife’s business site. Following your claim I tested Photonic on it, and it certainly does everything it is supposed to do, leading me to question your opinion, “didnt work with divi theme” (sic). The only problem I noticed was that the meta title (not the actual page title) seemed to be disappearing after a few seconds, and for that the diagnosis and fix I have provided above is apt.

    So, either you posted a flat-out lie, or you are just in the habit of leaving reviews without doing proper due diligence (this does seem to be a trend with you, looking at at least 2 other reviews you have posted). Which one is it?

    @sayontan This type of reply does not work and you really need to ask yourself how badly you are making yourself appear to a passersby who is reading this review.

    I sincerely urge you to consider that you are a real person with a real reputation. A nameless anonymous person on the Internet won’t be harmed by a 1 star review but your reply isn’t good.

    @jdembowski,
    Thank you for your response. In fact, I considered long and hard, and went over the set of guidelines multiple times before I posted the above. It would indeed be good if WP had a way of rating a reviewer for this sort of a review. As it is, for the #Modlook it was hard to decide if this was a troll review, or if this was a sockpuppet review, or if I did enough to follow up on what should have been a support post.

    Please feel free to redact the portion of my comment that you feel isn’t good. I do have a long track record of responses on the forum that are pretty dignified (here is an ancient one), but frustration does creep in once in a while, and my second response on this thread still stands:
