# Didn't work

 * It didn’t work. After initial contact with their customer support (for which 
   I paid $19) they then ignored me for 5 days. I went with Woo Commerce instead
   which works very well. I have another shop which limps along with Market Press
   and I’m going to use WooCommerce there too instead. I requested a refund as they
   did not provide me with adequate support in a reasonable timeframe but they refused.
   I would not recommend them.
