Didn't set username – password and email —> Can't log in in wp-admin

Hi there,
I installed wordpress on my URL but I didn’t set my username, my password and an Email.
Now he’s requiring me those informations to log in in http://www.lorenzocolombo.com/wp-admin.

there is only the way to reset the password but you need to have an username or an email.

How can I set an username and a password with the FTP?
