 * I have activated BruteProtect for WordPress, but didn’t receive an API Key in
   my email. Could you send me an API Key?

 * Did you click “generate new api key” and if so, did it auto populate the field
   for you? Sometimes email delivery is out of our control (wrongly being marked
   as spam, etc…) but our system should auto generate the API key for you right 
   in the plugin setting.
