Followed instructions on WP dashboard to install plugin.

Adminer link installed on top menu and in the Tools menu of Dashboard.

Clicking link = “The requested URL was not found on this server”

Don’t know why. The linked folder for site/wp-adminer was not found with a file manager on my server.

This is a fresh WP site with Divi theme installed and Adminer and nothing? else.

The site is hosted on my Ubuntu 20.04 server managed with Webmin/Virtualmin which is also a fresh install.

If Chris wants the password to fiddle with the site he is welcome.

    See this topic: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/adminer-stops-working-when-i-rename-wp-admin/

Try to add define('PEXLECHRIS_ADMINER_SLUG', 'something'); in your wp-config.php and inform me if works

Have you try to change the adminer slug with above code?

The problem is that in your website the fake have not been set properly. Every url under your domain should redirect to a 404 page of your website not the 404 page of your server.

Hello, did you manage to fix it?

    Hello Pexle Chris,

I’ve been working on this with other people following your advice. I never found a solution. A fresh install of the default WordPress website, without Adminer, has a link to the Dashboard that is broken. I believe the issue is not with WordPress or Adminer. The issue is likely with the server operating system, hardware or other software. I’m not a computer pro. I’m moving to a new server box. You’ve been advising me by email and I’m impressed that you likely have a good plugin that works. Thank you Pexle Chris!
