Support » Plugin: Migrate WordPress Website & Backups - Prime Mover » Didn’t Fully Clone Subsite

I followed your instructions precisely on this page (link) and everything processed successfully however the new clone site just only cloned the main site instead of the subsite that I copied. Very strange.

I was trying to clone site ID 32 into a new site ID 44 but after the process I went to site 44 dashboard and front-side and it was a copy of my main (multisite master) site.

Thanks for using Prime Mover plugin. Yes that’s a bit strange issue. But the following could be worth checking:

    • Try re-creating the export package using the latest beta version and use the beta version also to restore the package to target site blog ID 44. The beta version might fix this issue.
    • Double check if your site or hosting is using a caching mechanism that can result to this one. And if it is, try clearing or purging the cache to check if if now returns the correct front end.

If the issue persists, please contact us here to share us the link to download the WPRIME package or any logs/info that you want to share. Thanks!
