Did update now my site's gone!

Hey,

i just logged into my wordpress site to update some of the info and saw the update for the new wordpress which i obviously clicked. i got the ok and went onto the comments tab to delete spam comments and the page got stuck. Gave it a refresh and got the installation page instead. Even when I input the website, i get the installation page. I’m trying to input the information required for the famous “5min install”, but the page won’t load.

Can anyone help? And any idea if i’ve lost all the info I had on the site including layout etc?
