Did the 1.9.26 tweaks change the cacert.pem?

    Wordfence alerted me this morning that wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/includes/cacert.pem was modified overnight.

    I’d like to assume that was necessary as a part of phasing out the 1024-bit RSA keys, but we all know what assuming means.

    Can anyone confirm that this change was a part of the UpdraftPlus Backup update?
