    I created a popup (both as a newsletter and as a Woocommerce one), then tried to open the post to see what it looks like, it keeps returning a 404 not found page error. Not sure what the problem is. I use another YITH plugin and it’s very good.

    Could you check if regenerating the permalinks resolves the issue? You can do so by going to Settings > Permalinks > clicking Save Changes.
