• I had lots of problems with my cart results. Tried to get support but nothing. Had to ditch and therefore my money was wasted.

    1. This is community support. We provide best support in the industry for all of our plugins. You can check any of our support threads – Free & Paid both.
    2. You have opened a support thread on 15 August and expect a reply in 24 hours. 15 August is a National holiday in India and we work on weekdays.
    3. When you have already purchased the premium version, you can always reach out to us for support via support channel on our site. https://www.wooextend.com/submit-ticket
    4. Just so that you can be sure that our plugin fits your requirements well, we do offer free version of each paid plugin. You can try it before you buy.

    Regarding the problem you are facing, it must be a conflict with some other pricing plugin which you must be using on your site. You can try doing a plugin conflict test and you will get to know which plugin causes the issue.

    This is not our plugin issue.
