  • very confusing setup. could not get playlists to work. When I asked a question I was told I did not look at their training video – which I did watch. But it is so confusing with no voice that you can’t follow it.

    We take our support seriously. You emailed us twice asking for free support and we gave you free help for both times. We don’t think that urging you to watch an instructional video again, given it’s worked for many users, was rude. Your statements are also false in stating that we claimed you did not watch the video. In fact, we’ve pasted the email we sent to you so that others reading your review can see the full story:

    There’s no audio because there are written annotations all over the video and many of our users can read english much easier than listening to it spoken. If you follow through the video, you’ll get a different kind of code than the one you got; e.g. the following: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=icB9HrqdQqU&list=PLq7hmpP9i05Ska3k7gaBCvNCT9gN_tYaj&index=1&layout=gallery
    …would embed your germination playlist as a gallery.

    Note that the video shows two things: a whole channel embed (first half of the video) and a specific playlist embed (2nd half). You need to watch the second half. The code you’re getting is the kind you’d get if you just watched the first half and stopped.
