    Hey

    I just signed up on your website. Got the key. And installed the plugin successfully.

    However I now want to access the dashboard, however I never received your email.

    I tried to reset the password using the email address I signed up with, and also did not receive the email.

    I have double checked and my email address is correct.

    What should I do?

    Thank you for your request.

    Please, copy-paste your question about CleanTalk account here in our private Ticket System:
    https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open

    This way we will know your CleanTalk profile and resend the e-mail with your password.

    UPDATE:
    Oh, I’m sorry, you won’t be able to create a ticket without access to your CleanTalk Control Panel.

    Please, send us letter with your CleanTalk login to our e-mail:
    welcome@cleantalk.org

    Additionally, we ask you to check your inbox one more time including Spam folder as well. The letter with your password has a title “CleanTalk Access key” from welcome@cleantalk.org.

    Write back anytime.

    Hello @khunmax,

    Please double check your Inbox (and Spam folder too), there you should find the email “CleanTalk Access key”. In that email you can see the temporary password.

    Or just send the your site address to welcome at cleantalk dot org. By the site address we will find your account and reset the password.
