  • Hello! I did not receive the confirmation email I was supposed to get when I subscribed to the pro version of your plugin. I emailed you a couple days ago with the paypal transaction receipt and still have not received a response. I emailed please let me (and everyone!) know if this is the wrong channel for support. I hope to get the confirmation code ASAP and start using the pro features of your plugin! Thank you!
