[Resolved] Did not receive Appointment Information after a customer made a booking

    My client made a booking + paid for the appointment but I did not receive a notification from the app… Is it because I have not confirmed the PayPal payment?

    Do I need to accept the PayPal payment before both e-mails (the one to the admin account with the booking information AND the one to the booking customer) will be sent?

    Hi,

    Yes, the payment must be marked as “completed” / “accepted” at PayPal in order to accept the booking and send the emails.
