I also tried just uploading an individual dicom file and that works fine. Maybe it is a problem with the shortcode since nothing is rendering?
Thanks!
Hi and thanks.
About point 2, multiframe data is not yet supported by dwv.
About point 1, what does the generated shortcode look like? It should be something like: ‘[gallery size="large" ids="233,234,235,236,237,238,239,240,241,242"]‘.

Hi, thanks for your response!
The shortcode I have is as such: [gallery size="large" ids="2843,2842,2841"]. Nothing is rendering though. I am pretty stumped as to why it’s not working.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Which version of wordpress are you using?
The latest version of the plugin (0.3) works with wordpress 4.4 and 4.5. I have not tried with older versions.

We are using version 4.5.1
Ok… so what about the generated html, could you post it? Only the post content, inside the ‘<div class=”entry-content”>’.
Side point, just in case, previews inside the post editor (the visual tab) will not work. The data is rendered only with a full preview of the post (button above the publish/update post one).
Hi ivmartel, I’m helping my colleague fud on this problem.
It seems the gallery short code isn’t creating any HTML at all. There is no entry-content div class, or any div at all created in the main body.
Let me know what I can do to test this out 🙂
The shortcode will not display anything if the ids are wrong. Is it possible the data was deleted in the mean time? Or the ids got messed up?
To verify a media item id, you need to go in the media library, click a media item and check the url in the address bar. It should be something like: ‘wp-admin/upload.php?item=367’, in this case 367 is the id. Can you check this for the DICOM files you want to use in the gallery?
Our urls look like this: /wp-content/uploads/2016/04/TL-28-Case-5_frame_070-2.dcm There is no item value. This happens in the gallery, create a gallery, and the regular media section. Did we upload the files wrong?
This is the real DICOM data link. What I am talking about is an internal wordpress link that allows you to view the data details that wordpress keeps. I could not find an easier way than checking the link to the wordpress media detail page in the address bar of your browser.
Right. Just checked the ids of the 3 dicom files I am trying to show, they are all correct. Anything else I can check?
The gallery works also with just one image. Does it not display anything even with one id?
It works with one image, but the one image viewer uses a different short code. This is what I get when I input one image from the gallery, there’s no id there.
[dcm src=”http://5ea.7f6.myftpupload.com/dicom-viewer/tl-28-case-5_frame_070-2-2/”%5D
Turns out the problem was with the wordpress update to 4.5.2. We tried it on a site with the old version of wordpress (4.4.2) and it worked out ok.
Thanks for your help!
