    Hi there!

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support – I can only imagine the frustration you must be feeling when not receiving the goods you paid for.

Based on what you’ve written, I suspect there might have been a misunderstanding on how WooCommerce works. WooCommerce is just the software used on a self-hosted WordPress-powered website to make eCommerce possible. In other words, WooCommerce doesn’t process any payments itself nor does it fulfill any orders.

Here’s what I suspect is going on: You purchased a product from a website that uses the WooCommerce software but it wasn’t clear that it’s _that_ company that actually fulfills the orders. Since WooCommerce as a plugin/company doesn’t fulfill those orders, you’d need to get in touch with the website where you purchased those products from directly. It’s not something that WooCommerce has any direct control over unfortunately.

In the event that they’re entirely unresponsive, the next step would be to get in touch with the authorities to lay a criminal charge. You’ll also want to reach out to your banking institution in the hopes of disputing the charge on your credit card. If you paid via PayPal, you could also get in touch:

    https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/home

… with the PayPal support team to lodge a complaint against the seller.

I can also recommend taking a look at our page here:

… for a bit more background information.

I hope this helps you in the right direction!
