Devoid of any Substantive Support

I installed this plugin and was having difficulty in doing so.

So I attempted to contact their “Support” “Community” via email and online only to get utterly dismissive replies or no reply.

They simply do not care about their subscribers. Ezoic does not even reply to their own reviews.

Currently out of 35 reviews 18 of them are only 1 star.

Therein lies an important message for anyone who considers using this plugin.
