Device (Mobile, Desktop) Issue

I have some widgets set to display or not display depending on if a device is mobile or desktop. This has always worked but now I am only seeing the mobile widgets on all devices including desktops. The widgets below the comment section are all set for mobile only an a more desktop friendly version appears for desktops.
