Hi, have you stopped developing this great plugin? I really hope you plan to keep it alive, there is really no other plugin that does what this one does, it really adds something useful to the built-in not-so-intuitive revision handling. Previews does not seem to work in WordPress 4.0 though, so an update could maybe solve this issue?

  • I agree! This plugin would be perfect for my needs. Any chance an update is on the horizon?

If anyone is interested in an alternative, I will be accomplishing much of what this plugin was designed to do with a staging site. A lot of hosting companies are offering the ability to easily generate staging versions of wordPress sites. You can create a staging version of a site, let authors edit content in the staging site, and then manually copy and paste approved new versions of posts over from the staging site to the live site.

This approach doesn’t offer all the whistles and bells of a plugin. It has the advantage that you don’t have another plugin slowing down your live site.

Revisionary 1.1.13 is compatible with WordPress 4.2.2
