Developing themes and licensing

    So I have a question about licensing and the commercial stuff for developing themes. Here are couple use cases:

    1. I develop theme for my client and charge money for it. I install WP and theme and plugins for client . Theme is given for him (with source).

    2. I edit a free theme for my client. Install WP, plugins and theme. Again theme is given to client with source.

    3. I do a multisite installation of WP and make theme for client. Theme is given to client with source.

    This should be with in the rights of GPLv2 if I’m correct? I can do this without any problems with licensing.

    Also I do not need to publish clients theme for free in my site for others to use – client can do that if he wants.
