 * Hi, can anyone link to a good in-depth guide on how to go about developing a
   woocommerce theme such as how to style the shop and cart pages.
    Right now I
   have my theme and i have the Woocommerce plugin but all the Woocommerce elements
   such as products and reviews are loading as if they have no css.

 * Can you link to the site? or provide a image? Due to how WooCommerce gets updated
   most guides are out of date. Using developer tools will make your life easier
   and you need to make sure your theme loads its CSS after WooCommerce to override
   the default styling. If you are getting no styling at all there are other issues
   but would need to see it.

 * Right now I have simply developed a theme and and installed the Woocommerce plugin
   this is my first time working with woocommerce so a link to a guide on what to
   do after installing the plugin would be great, I have found plenty of tutorials
   explaining how to add products and so on but not many on how to make theme compatible
   with Woocommerce.

 * I recommend starting out here:
    [https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/third-party-custom-theme-compatibility/](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/third-party-custom-theme-compatibility/)
 * This is also a good bit of background:

 * As [@mtruitt](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mtruitt/) said, WooCommerce
   has changed a bit recently, but the gist of the articles will still be correct.
