 * I’ve made some changes to the code to support if someone wants a Read More link
   at the bottom of a post. Can I get that to you to incorporate into your version?

 * I haven’t used SVN in a while, but could figure it out again. Is there anything
   special about how plug-ins are maintained other than checking out and checking
   in changes?
