Hi,

I would like to take this opportunity to report an error I found while checking the solution for myself. I noticed the error of “image: missing and required” from the blog posts when using structured data testing tool fetching url of http://themes.kadencethemes.com/virtue/basic-image-gallery-post/

Not sure whether the rich snippets information like image and datePublished can be turn off in the option. Hope it will be fixed in the next release.

Google has changed what they want for images and it’s based more on a news not on blog posts so it doesn’t make sense for a theme to do this by defualt as most sites are not news sites. I suggest if your wanting to get into the news section of google to use a plugin that would add this image tag.

Hi,

There’s 4 errors included the image tag, other entry like publisher value required, dateModified recommended and mainEntityOfPage not found, please advise how to manually add these data, thanks
