  • The plugin did not work according to specs. I contacted the developer, he was unresponsive. I asked for a refund within 24 hrs of looking for a way to make the plugin work as advertised. No response. I then disputed the charge with PayPal. After a month, the dispute was ruled in his favor. He claimed it was BUYERS REMORSE. IT WASN’T BUYERS REMORSE. I WANTED HIS PLUGIN TO WORK. IT DIDN’T.

    They got back to me and refunded me my money. Apparently they did email me. It just lost.

    You can see the screenshots attached that we have responded to your emails and were willing to assist (and we still are) you in any possible ways.
    We have also emailed you to the same address you had contacted us previously.
