Developer does not respond for refund

    I have tried contacting the developer through their website. They claim:

    100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

    However, they do not reply to my emails, where I am requesting a refund. I wanted to test the pro version of my site, but there were serious issues. To be fair, the issues were due to my set-up and not inherently the plugin’s. However, I believe they should honour their claims. They do not. BEWARE!!!
