Detials of Selected Options Do not Appear in the Cart and Order Receipt

Hello there,
I am using the free version on WordPress with the woostify theme.
My issue is that the details are not showing up after proceeding on the cart, checkout or order confirmation pages and also in order receipt send to customer.

I have ticked all the boxes in settings, yet it still doesn’t work.
