Detection in mobile provider

Firstly, this plugin is great.

I have had problems with location detection by the mobile provider.

Example: Access the website of the state of Santa Catarina – Brazil, but my internet provider is from another state, Paraná. With this, the redirect that I created so that the user is directed to the page according to the state that it is, does not work as it should.

I know this is not a plugin problem. But would you like to know if you have any suggestions on how I can resolve this situation?

Maybe create a pop-up with the State options for the user to confirm their location.

But I could not use Contact Form7 [geoip_detec2_property_region], I would like it to display a select with the states options in brazil, as in shortcode [geoip_detect2_countries]. For the user to confirm your location, is it possible?
