Support » Fixing WordPress » Details on sidebar when hovering on a link

  • Hi,
Is there any way to insert a code into the sidebar so it will display description of any link you hover on in the page?

  • WP does that be default – you just have to write the descriptions in the proper fields when you make the links.

I think you’ve got me wrong, so I’ll try to explain myself better. I’m looking for a way to use the sidebar so when you hover over any link/thumbnail/image in a post, it’s description will be displayed at the sidebar.

I guess that it’s just too complicated?
(now what do you say about my new bumping manners? ;))

I’d try the magic Pure CSS Popups:

If that’s what you’re trying to do.

    cool! cool! cool! cool!
and now for that to be really perfect, how can I trick it to insert the “spanned” content into the sidebar instead of absolutely positioning it? there must be a way..
