Detailed order specification to handle 'the production' of the customer order

I am looking for help to have a detailed A4 order confirmation put in place for some customers. I need a form where I can decide the details of the product fields, price pr. product and products in total, and one line for each.
Is this something that you think can be done with your plugin or with a development of your plugin, and is it something you might be able to help develop in case?
