    Hi @cmyck ,

    Also, to clarify that, FileBird does not control size limit functions on your site, this is controlled by WordPress or your server.

    So, the issue was not caused by FileBird.

    However, if you want a more detailed debugging, you could consider opening a thread using the link I attached above, to have it checked for you.

    By the way, now you degraded your initial rating?
