Desperately need some help: remove this from footer آپلود عکس

Hi

I have this theme and works well and have a plugin called MutiX-Bar installed. It has a scroll to top addon and appears at the bottom of the page: You can see it here : http://www.stp.stresscommunity.com/

It also brings up this weird link : آپلود عکس
Linked to http://www.xum.ir. I would love this removed but do not want to lose the plugin functionality. I have tried to deactivate the plugin and changed the settings to not show the scroller, but it persist.
