It sounds as if you have a caching plugin serving cached mobile pages that are blocking your live site. You may configure your caching plugin not to cache mobile pages nor to serve cached pages when mobile devices are detected. To do so, enter the user agents found under Advanced Options > Custom User-Agents to the “rejected user agents” areas in your caching plugin’s settings. Remember to clear your plugin, browser, and device caches before retesting.
This remains so whether using the WPtouch or WPtouch Pro.
I had the same problem which appeared out of the blue in the last 24 hours. I notice that you have, also apparently in the last 24 hours, released:
Version 3.1.1 (Dec 6th, 2013)
Updated: Everything.
Changed: Everything.
Fixed: Everything.
Updating the plug-in fixes the issue.
Hi there! I was having the same issue, and had a notification to configure my W3 Total Cache. The same fix you were mentioning above to Tabrildur. Where can i get a list of “User agent list for configuring cache plugins“? Its only avail to Pro members. I’m using the free version
Thanks in advance 🙂

Hello fumbling, try the following and see if that works for you. These are the two user agents I have set up for Hyper cache plugin.

How do I configure WP Super Cache to work best with the free version of WPTouch?
Any major changes I should make?
