desktop posts updating but mobile not

I have a new blog. I made a new post today and it looks fine on my desktop but on both my iphone and ipad, the new post doesn’t show up on my main page. If I go to my navigation and to the right category I can read it but it isn’t registering a new post on my homepage.
It is so weird and I can’t find out what is different about that post vs. all others. The comfort food post is the one I am not seeing on home page. Any ideas?
