• I was experimenting with cache plugins and since then I’ve found that WPTouch no longer allows my visitors to successfully toggle between the mobile and desktop versions of my site. Whatever one they are on, they are stuck in, because clicking the switch to the other does not work.

I’m growing increasingly frustrated as it seems that the plugin’s developers expect people to pay for the plugin, which is not functioning properly, before they will offer support. I’m coming to this forum hoping the opposite.

I’ve deleted and deactivated all caching plugins and tried to see if that would help and it didn’t. Realizing that this is now an issue with the plugin itself, I have since reactivated only WP Super Cache and have followed the instructions of putting mobile phone user agents in the restricted list, per the developer’s instructions. But, lone behold, the mobile/desktop switch is still not working.

I have also tried resetting, then deleting WPTouch Pro altogether, reinstalling it, and seeing if that would fix the problem and it hasn’t.

    Please help.
