Can anyone tell me what it is?

Looks like someone uploaded a Windows desktop shortcut. Delete it. If it comes back, then start digging.

I deleted it and it doesn’t seem to have come back
I am doing a search in my wp/content and found another one in my wp-languages 🙁

I come back to this: How did you install WordPress? It sounds like a bunch of irrelevant files were copied to the server.
