    Hi,

    Glad to see you guys back up and running, but Houston, we have a problem… on all of my sites, and there are 50+, all menus have disappeared. Desktop and the mobile / hamburger.

    I can see your css is saying:

    #menu-main {
        display: none !important;
    }

    wp-content/uploads/rmp-menu/css/rmp-menu.css

    That explains the desktop, and don’t even think the mobile is showing up in the source.

    If I roll back to 4.1.4 and it works again. I will leave it to the most recent for now, but look forward to hearing back (or the next update). Please let me know if I can assist in any other way.

    Thanks! And, hope all is well!

  • Thank you for the solution and the rollback link!

    Will be interesting to see how long it takes the folks at ExpressTech to realize they have a problem.

    Or maybe they already know and this was done on purpose as an attempt to get us to pay for the pro version?

    This is profoundly uncool. Why would I have to upgrade to have a responsive menu on desktop.

    This was such an amazing plugin. Did the original dev bail?

    I’m going to rollback my client sites and look for a better solution.

    Much gratitude for that solution!!!

    Surprised how this has still not been updated. Rather significant when it makes navigation/menu disappear. I have accidentally updated on few websites – and maybe I do tend to use the same CSS class names for things – surprised its hidden navigation on all.

    Whatever it is, they need to fix quickly

    Same here… Menu disappeared on all my sites. Rolled back. They need to get this fixed

    The clock has run out over here. I’m looking for another solution and will never look back. Fortunately, it only auto-updated on one site.

    I don’t think the original dev is with this company anymore. He’s brilliant.

    I am getting the same issues as described in this thread on numerous sites that I maintain. Downgrading to 4.1.4 has fixed it in all instances. Hoping for an official solution soon.

    Same thing happened with my site. I’m sticking with 4.14 until I hear otherwise.

    Plugin has been updated which apparently fixes the menu disappearing issue. Not tested myself yet though

    Yes, disappearing is fixed. In some cases, some sites might need the settings updated / re-saved to see the mobile correctly.

    To Developers: Thanks for getting to this and fixing! Appreciated!

    Theme menu is showing the same time as the responsive menu. Seems like the update have messed up the settings? Using twenty eleven theme.

    Hi Joseph G,

    This issue has been fixed in the latest plugin update. I request you to update RM to its latest version (v4.1.9) and check.
    Do let me know if you still face the issue.

    Regards,
    Sumit
